Great location, big hostel with free parking and free buffet breakfast. Plenty of space to hang around. International staff organizes social events like movies, family dinners, cooking classes, and pub crawls. Reuben from England manages the hostel well and listens to everyone. Kandy, Galden, Matt, and all staff are friendly and look after you. Recommended for everyone.
Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

We just had an amazing stay at a backpacker's hostel in the heart of the city. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. It offered a wide variety of options and lasted for three hours. the dorm beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious, with hot water and a hairdryer. the staff at reception were very nice, helpful, and friendly. They even arranged tours for us. it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 😊.

The location of the hostel was ideal, with main tourist spots, shops, and restaurants nearby. the staff members were polite and cooperative, and the rooms had comfortable beds with 24/7 air conditioning. the washrooms were clean, with stable water heating and supply. the hostel offered a good breakfast every morning, and there was a lounge zone with a pool, musical instruments, and many games. the spacious 2nd-floor area was perfect for reading or working, and there was fast and stable Wi-Fi in every room.
The hostel did not provide free water for refilling bottles, unlike other hostels.

Great location within walking distance of popular attractions and amenities in the city center. the staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for activities and tours. - the hostel organized daily activities through a WhatsApp group, which was a fun way to explore the city with other guests.
The cleanliness of the hostel was subpar, with dirty blankets and a bathroom that remained uncleaned for days. The noise level in the lower floors was unbearable due to loud music and conversations in the lobby, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The double beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
The dorms felt cramped and congested, with limited walking space. The washroom facilities in the 8-bed bunkers were inadequate, with only one toilet available.

The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of everything! The comfortable bed and great value for money were jaw-dropping. The common room with hanging vines and view of St Joseph Cathedral where breakfast was served and you could play pool was super. The little light next to each bed was a genius idea. And the cute balcony was just the icing on the cake!
